A fruit with no seeds cannot reproduce fruit of itself! Besides that low quality food just don’t taste the same.
Some people take granted the fact that food is so easily available. They tend to forget about the quality. If there were to be food shortages everywhere and the convenience of obtaining food slowed down, people would be more cautious of the food they buy.
Being that we live in a society where food is available yet funds are scarce, people pay less attention to quality and are more concerned with the price. One thing most fail to realize while shopping is that “cheap” doesn’t necessarily mean “low quality”. One just has to know where to shop. One must take their time and use their due diligence to have patience enough to use multiple resources in order to get more high quality food for less the cost of “name brand” foods.
Just because a name has been around for long doesn’t make the quality of the food authentic. They just have a better advantage of selling imitation taste for a high price.
Why am I talking about food when the title of this post is about being authentic?
Well, as the saying goes…
We are what we eat!
If we are an imitation of ourselves what type of children are we reproducing? What example are we setting?
I once heard someone say “you wanna see a apple come alive? Eat it! You wanna see a chicken in human form? Eat it!
We must be careful of what we consume on all levels because we are what we attract in to our minds, bodies, and souls. Changing the dynamic of who we are by what we consume can attract the wrong type of things in our lives that can be hard to get rid of. People, places and things can be quite hard to get rid of, especially, if we do not know the source of what is causing the problem. How did they get here? What about ourselves have attracted the things we don’t prefer to be in our lives?
Being your authentic self helps with this problem. By being your authentic self you are able to address yourself and the areas of your life that need fixing. You are able to control yourself and your habits no matter environment you are in, or type of situation you may be faced with. Lust isn’t an issue for you when you are authentic. You are already satisfied with self.
Being inauthentic is the problem!
How do we know when we are being inauthentic?
When we begin seeking gratification and attention outside of ourselves. We want people to agree with who we are as opposed to just coming around being who we are. You DO NOT have to ask permission to be yourself. You do not have to ask people whether they agree with you or not. You do not have to use manipulating tactics to get people to like who are.
Being authentic means you are capable of going anywhere and people will be automatically drawn to you in a way that is unexplainable. They will automatically agree or comfortably express their opinion as to why they disagree with your behavior based on your vibration.
We as human beings, vibrate truth. There is a different vibration we feel from one another when being told a lie. Most people just choose to ignore it instead of addressing it. That is NOT okay.
When we let lies linger, we tend to get disappointed come time for a result. We knew someone lied in the beginning but we hoped that they recognized that you recognized the lie and would change it to produce a more favorable outcome.
Instead, when we allow the lie to linger, the other person assumes they have gotten away with it. They already knew they were going to lie, by going through with it, set the entire situation up for failure. If we were to address the lie upfront then we could have changed the trajectory of what was to come next.
Most people lie in order to get what they want out of people not realizing that lying is unnecessary. They don’t realize how detrimental one little lie can be. Many have been told ‘no’ so many times that hearing another one is hard to bear. They will tend to shut down. Yet, others have been told ‘yes’ so many times that hearing a ‘no’ is abnormal to them. They tend to react out of anger.
Anger and shut down occurs when we cannot be ourselves. Either our fake self or our real self. In today’s society it is easier to cover up yourself and put on an imitative act as opposed to bossing up and saying ‘ this is who I Am, accept me as such or not’. Whether they do or not is their problem not ours because we know not to change who we are because we are too comfortable being authentic.
Detriment only comes from lies. Blessings comes from truth.
Being authentic means a person has taken accountability for their actions, and responsibility for how they make others feel. They know with every action is a reaction. The feeling of guilt just don’t sit well for some, while guilt tripping is a game for others. Besides those who know themselves, know to separate from those they feel are being inauthentic because they know that act won’t get either one of them far. They may all end up back where they started. Being an imitation of those around you produces the same outcome. Nothing and no one grows into something bigger or better because everyone chose to stay the same.
Take the path of least resistance.
Being an imitation is hard. You have to work hard to make up for qualities that aren’t within you. That takes much energy. Too much energy given to something or someone who is selfish will drain you faster than a washing machine. It will drain your mind because you have to constantly invent new ways to lie. It will drain your finances because more than likely not only are you paying for attention from your friends, you are overcompensating what you are giving to others because of the lack of acceptance.
When You don’t accept who you are, you automatically assume people outside of you won’t accept you either. So you put on an act to be accepted by popular demand, when most of popular demand is putting on an act themselves.
I said “you” because, I can’t be anyone outside of myself. As hard as people try to convince me to act another way, they constantly disappoint themselves because I am always in my authentic power.
Being myself keeps me healthier. It keeps my heart and soul light. It keeps my mind at ease. It doesn’t take much to satisfy me, yet I also have a taste for quality, not quantity. I can taste and feel the difference between real and imitation.
Being authentic means I know who I Am and I can help you to be who you are. My essence encourages you to be who you are because there is no shame, there is no judgement, there is no doubt. You have space and time to improve yourself. Just don’t think that your improvement comes at my expense because that is where I cut you off. I don’t grow at the expense of others therefore I won’t allow others to grow at the expense of me.
Imitation is expensive because the little extra you have to give, you end up giving it to so many others, just to be accepted. Over time, it adds up, costing you more than expected. By the time you realize it you have nothing left and you have less of you available to put yourself back together. Now not only do you feel fake but now you also feel isolated and alone.
Being authentic eliminates every bit of all that. So learn to accept yourself for who you are. The good and the bad, nice and the nasty, light and dark, masculine and feminine energy. We are all in one human beings, we are capable of expressing ourselves in many different ways to speak many people languages. We do not have to be fake about that because being able to FULLY EXPRESS THE MULTITUDE OF OURSELVES IS NATURAL.
That is the reason why we have dominion over the Earth because we are multifaceted and can connect with everything and everybody. Give your true self and nature will return it’s true self on to you.
With Love, Loyalty, Honesty, and Respect take pride in Being Authentic and watch your lives transform to be Amazingly Blessed My People.
