There’s a big difference in calling oneself a Mother, a Father, and a Parent. Anyone can become a Mother and a Father however, Parenting requires dedication, time, patience, and understanding of your child.
We live in a generation where there is a disconnect between the elders, parents, and children. Elders want to keep life the same as the generations they grew up. Parents want to live as their elders taught them. These new generation children want to live freely. How do we bridge the gap to bring understanding and co-operation between these 3 generations that exist during a time of Cultural Evolution? We must communicate. There is a major disconnect in the way these 3 generations communicate with one another. Everyone wants to voice an opinion, however, rarely do people want to change. Be it fear, stagnation, oppression, suppression, depression or any factor placed on our mentalities due to post-slavery and systematic oppression, there must be room for development of having an open and receptive mind that can accept new information. Each generation must be able to allow one another to express themselves how they best see fit without exhorting control over one another based on people’s individual self reasoning or gain. Explore the content to see how one can negatively lead their children astray because of lack of communication and the pressures of not allowing children to voice their own opinion as if they aren’t suffering the same traumas as the adults. More than often children have the absolute most positive answer to any problem. The BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT THE PARENTS ARE NOT LISTENING. TAKE HEED.
